APPAREL FABRIC:  Alok Industries stands at the forefront of the global Apparel Fabric industry, offering an extensive range of textile solutions encompassing Woven Greige, Woven Finished, Knit Greige, Knit Finished, and Embroidery.

WOVEN RANGE:

  • PRINTED FABRICS:

  • FIBER BLENDS: high quality fibers such as Modal, Tencel – Lyocell,  Hemp, Bamboo, Viscose

  • PIECE DYED FABRICS: extensive range of woven fabrics with a variety of weaves and fiber blends

  • YARN DYED FABRICS: there is a diverse array of patterns and designs like Chambray, Stripes, Checks Fil a Fil and Oxfords

WOVEN PROCESSING:

  • YARN DYEING: the current production capacity is 700 MT per month while our dyed    yarn weaving capacity is 22.5 – 3 million MT per month.

  • SPINNING: the spinning plant at Alok Industries is one of the biggest of its kind with over 4.1 lac spindles, 5680 rotors,  and a yearly production capacity of 75,000 MT of yarn

  • WEAVING: one of the largest manufacturers of woven fabrics, Alok industries utilizes 960 looms along with a combination of Air Jet Looms from Picanol & Toyoda, Rapier Looms from Sulzer, Jacquard Looms.

  • WET PROCESSING: the plant includes 3 continuous processing lines which use Beninger, Kuster, Lafer, Monforts and four Rotary Printing Machines (3 Reggiani and 1 Laxmi).

KNITS RANGE:

  • YARN DYED FABRICS: featuring classic and trendy designs, available in various structures

  • PRINTED FABRICS: diverse range of captivating prints available.

  • SINGLE JERSEY FABRICS: wide range of fabrics available ideal for a versatile range of applications

  • INTERLOCK FABRICS: a wide range is developed that combine durability with comfort

  • COTTON AND PC FLEECE FABRICS: available in various colours and weights

  • RIB FABRICS: the range offers an extensive array of rib structures, featuring aised vertical lines and excellent stretch.

KNITS PROCESSING:

  • YARN DYEING: the current production capacity is 700 MT per month of cotton / elastane viscose and blends of dyed yarn.

  • SPINNING: the spinning plant at Alok Industries is one of the biggest of its kind with over 4.1 lac spindles, 5680 rotors,  and a yearly production capacity of 75,000 MT of yarn

  • KNITTING: the total production capacity of knitting is 1600 tons per month

  • PROCESSING: the monthly production capacity is 1600 tons in total

  • PRINTING: the plant produce upto 3,000,000 metres per month.

EMBROIDERY RANGE:

  • DRESS MATERIAL: The range offers Schiffli, multihead and combined embroidery dress material fabrics 

  • DRY LACE FABRIC: there is a wide variety of high quality premium, semi premium and regular dry lace fabrics

  • GARMENTS: there is a wide range of ankle length dresses as well as domestic and western garments.
